How to measure yourself
Bust
Fullest part of chest, tape parallel to floor. Breathe normally.
High Waist
Narrowest point, 1–2 inches above navel. Exhale gently.
Low Waist
2–3 inches below navel, at top of hip bones.
Hip
Fullest part of hips & seat, 7–9 inches below natural waist.
Shoulder
Tip-to-tip across the top of your back.
Sleeve
Shoulder point to wrist, arm slightly bent at elbow.
Use a soft tape. Keep it snug but not tight. Between sizes? Size up — BeYou garments are designed for easy, fluid movement.
